Raised in the Central Plateau and surrounded by the rural sector from an early age, Brooke brings a genuine understanding of the people, businesses, and communities that make the region unique.

After completing a Bachelor of AgriScience at Massey University, Brooke built her career across the agricultural industry, including roles within dairy manufacturing and farm business management. This experience provided her with a practical understanding of farming operations, rural businesses, and the factors that influence value in both rural and lifestyle property.

Before transitioning into sales, Brooke spent more than two years working within Bayleys Taupō's Rural and Lifestyle team, supporting agents, vendors, and purchasers through every stage of the sales process. From marketing campaigns and buyer enquiry management through to negotiations and settlement, she gained a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

That experience means Brooke isn't learning the property process from the ground up; she has already spent years helping clients navigate it behind the scenes while working alongside some of the region's most experienced rural and lifestyle agents.
