Bayleys is very much part of local communities throughout New Zealand and the Pacific.
Corporate philanthropy is more than just giving back to a community - it’s about contributing to long-term social change, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
By contributing time, resources and money to the right causes, we know we’re helping to grow strong and supportive communities.
Our aim is to assist in the four pillars of the Bayleys Foundation; environment, people, sport, arts and culture and have the Bayleys’ team around the country embrace these undertakings with heart and commitment.

Bayleys Working B 2025
Over nine incredible days, more than 300 of our Auckland team members rolled up their sleeves to give back to the community as part of our annual Working B.
Across the region, our people volunteered with organisations including LegaSea, SeaCleaners, Fair Food, Auckland City Mission, Auckland Council, and NZ Food Network, and some offices chose to support local initiatives, such as cleaning up neighbourhood gardens or helping community groups in their area.
From tidying up coastlines to sorting food donations and lending a hand to local projects, it was great to see our teams make a tangible difference in our communities.
