We were a little unsure as to whether we should see this offer as a good omen, that it might sell for a higher price if we did have open homes but she discussed the pros and cons with us and today we are very happy we accepted the final offer. Also working in the background was Carolyn Alpers, ensuring I had all the relevant paperwork for them and generally taking care of that side of the business. I should mention we tried to sell this property twice before and failed.
