Situated on a high-profile corner position in a central Auckland location, at the time of the offer the tenant Spark New Zealand Trading Limited (previously Telecom), had a new 10 year lease in place from 1 June 2014 with 2 rights of renewal of 6 years each.
The offer raised $39 million of investor’s equity, comprised of 780 $50,000 parcels and received unprecedented interest.
