• Day to day management and maintenance of properties - we have a number of preferred suppliers who offer our clients preferential rates and service
• Contractor engagement - tender and appoint contractors/suppliers for planned maintenance
• Building condition reports - detailed building reports which will identify short and long term maintenance budgets – these reports ensure that our clients are well informed and therefore are able to manage their cash flows and ensure their buildings are well maintained
• Building compliance services - we do monthly inspections and compile in conjunction with the various contractors the annual BWOF certificates
• 24/7 response – we have a New Zealand based 24/7 call centre (0800 00 22 00) that is available to all the tenants which means we are always available and able to deal with any issues which may arise.
