  • Introduction of Supplier Code of Conduct including Modern Slavery and Whistleblowing policies and training
  • Development and introduction of anti-corruption, code of ethics and data security policies
  • Improved transparency and understanding of operational and climate related risks through key upstream and downstream supply-chain partner reviews

Board of directors

The Bayleys board of directors ensure the appropriate policies and procedures are in place to uphold first class legal and financial integrity, safeguarding our clients, people and business.

The board currently includes John Bayley as chairman, two executive directors, who are involved in the day-to-day operations of the group, and three non-executive directors. With a combination of business acumen and family values, they set the tone for the whole organisation.
