After months of renovations, Bayleys Mount Eden has opened the doors to its new office in the heart of Mount Eden village. The fresh space will play home to a team of 14 agents, with big plans for further growth on the horizon.
“They’re an incredibly high-performing team and now have an office to match. It’s a fantastic space with a large mezzanine that creates a modern, vibrant, and inspiring collaborative space for the team to work from” says Branch Manager Kate Duncan.
The office was part of the merger of UP Real Estate and Bayleys, with a rebranding forming part of the modern refurbishment.
“The team is excited to get back into the office and is ready to continue to establish their space as a valued member of the neighbourhood.”
Like the renovation, Duncan is also new to the fold, bringing an extensive background in residential sales and management with her.
“The team has been without a sales manager for a while, so now that I’m here, we are poised for growth.”

Duncan says the foundations are already there, with sales tracking well in an otherwise challenging climate.
“We’ve had an auction in the last week that sold for well over reserve in Mount Eden. It was competitive and there was a lot of bidding, so I think there’s really strong demand for properties across the suburb.”
“There’s great schools, it’s close to the city, and there’s lots of character within the heart of the village. Mount Eden has also been outperforming other areas with open home numbers, so we’re still getting good results even in the challenging market.”
With the rebrand and renovation, Duncan says both existing and new clients can expect an even more elevated service.
