The Turangi real estate market report
February 2024
The month of February witnessed a continuation of summer trading in the Turangi housing market.
Although the number of houses sold was down slightly on the previous month, the eleven recorded sales were again spread across the price spectrum.
The Annual Moving Median increased to $544,125, re-entering positive territory when compared to the previous year, by some 0.16%.
The monthly median rose sharply to stand at $622,500, with the early indications suggesting this trend has continued in to March.
